News & Announcements 2011 Visit to the Valley Legislative Tour The 2011 legislative tour is just around the corner and the RGV Partnership has already sent out letters to our Texas legislators reminding them about our January tour. We are thrilled to have already received confirmations and positive responses. We encourage our membership to participate in our biennial 2011 Visit to the Valley tour as these visits are one of the best ways to make your voice heard. Last year's tour was a great success as we had 45 legislators in attendance including the Lt. Governor David Dewhurst and Speaker of the House Joe Straus. After receiving positive reviews on the 2009 tour, we know our 2011 tour will be just as wonderful!
