Membership Unlike
many local chambers and economic development councils, the Rio Grande Vally Partnership
does not receive any income from sales tax, hotel-motel tax, or national, state,
county, or city sources. Since thePartnership receives no public funds, it is
dependent on membership investments to sustain its programs.
