Crunchy Coleslaw 1 large head cabbage, shredded ½ cup green onions plus tops (do not put in food processor) 2 packages ramen noodles (uncooked), crumbled 1-8 ounce package sunflower seeds ½ cup slivered almonds (brown in a little margarine)
DRESSING 6 tablespoons rice vinegar 1 cup oil 4 tablespoons sugar (or equal in artificial sweetener) 1 teaspoon salt
Shred cabbage and add onion and tops. Add rest of ingredients and the dressing just before serving. Makes a large batch—enough for 18-20.
